Let the cleansing energy of self-love bring you back to wholeness.
We've just transitioned into the season of Spring on the western hemisphere of the world. Spring is the season of renewal, resurrection, and restoration. Traditionally, we tend to cleanse our physical space during this time of the year. But as you are considering what it is you want to clear from your physical home, consider what old energies do you need to clear from your earthly body. I encourage you to look within and take personal inventory of your body's current emotional, mental, and physical state. Check in with yourself and think about what emotional frequency are you currently vibing on, and how is this moving you forward or hindering you.You may even be surprised by what has already come to surface as we transition into this new season. As with Spring comes increased daylight, the dark corners of our souls become illumined. This light reveals areas of ourselves that need further work.As you are taking inventory and metaphorically cleaning up shop, reflect on how you can nurture your inner-self back to wholeness through self-care practices. This may look like friendships you may need to let go of or take some time away from, foods you may need to finally give up, creating room in your schedule for journaling, a visit to the spa or taking a break from social media.
Journal. What areas of myself needs the most love and attention in this moment? What spiritual or self-care practices nurtures my spirit? How will I make room in my life for these practices?

Pray. The divine is an all loving, compassionate, and gracious being. I align my spirit with this immense love and peace. All that the Divine is I am. I cleanse my mind, my heart and my spirit of that which no longer serves me, allowing love to continuously flow through me. I am grateful for all that has come to light. I trust that I have been blessed with he power to self-heal and nurture myself back to wholeness.
